(that says "corner" for those of you who do not live in the NE area haha😅)
Maybe? Hopefully?! With the temps looking the way they do at the end of the week, we might be through that brutal winter up here. And yes it was brutal. I hate the cold. I dislike snow...we had a lot of both haha!
Anywayssss...warmer weather is when people start to care more about their body. It happens every single year. I've been in the fitness space for like 12+ years...and every year...its the same thing. The challenges come out. The detoxes begin. The 30-day reset bullshit blah blah happens. I really wish people just cared more about their body everyday. Then a lot of this health stuff would get fixed...but...maybe one day!
When the sun starts to shine a little longer and get a little hotter, people seem to realize that their summer vacations are only a couple months away now instead of a year or 6+ months. They realized they ate like shit over the holidays. They
realized they haven't touched their new years resolutions and/or have probably set themselves back even more now. We're already 8 weeks into the New Year. 8 WEEKS PEOPLE. You know the change you can make in 8 weeks?! You know the difference you can see in yourself in 8 weeks? 8 weeks is not that long...but it is PLENTY of time to build some new habits, learn some nutritional strategies to help you long term and start to get to that body that you
desire!
