Easy at home workout when you're snowed in tomorrow❄️👍!

Happy Sunday!
Tomorrow theres gonna be a lot of snow in the northeast.
Hopefully its not as much as they predict but who knows these days what the weather is doing haha! If you are stuck at home...here's a quick at home workout you can do with bodyweight and dumbbells below. Like really do this tomorrow please.
Especially if you are my client and normally we have a session. Just do this below.
Have your kids or spouse do it with you.
DB overhead shoulder press: 3x10
DB rear lunges: 3x8 (each leg)
Single arm DB row: 3x12 (each side)
DB romanian deadlifts: 3x10
Side planks: 3xtime (as long as you can)
DB skull crushers: 3x12
*Run up and down your stairs for some aerobic stuff to get your heart rate up if you don't have a treadmill or bike.
*(Superset the exercises above if you are in a time crunch)
