A lot of
us get late night cravings.
I know I sure do.
When my clients aren't bringing me treats or snacks or desserts, I try to mimic those things with a high protein night time snack.
I call it protein pudding.
It's really good.
I've been doing this for years and years and years.
Here's the simple recipe:
1 1/2 scoop chocolate casein protein powder
1 scoop naked pb powder
2 TBSP natural peanut butter
1 cup egg whites
Milk until consistency is to my liking
This is about 400-500 calories and 50-60 grams of protein depending on the brand's you use. Casein protein powder is
just a different form of whey protein - its slower digesting so it mixes a little thicker and is great for desserts like this.
