Everyone makes fitness so
complicated.
All the ads. Products. Promotions. Challenges. This and that.
There is just so much stuff out there.
That's why you need to simplify it.
Keep it so simple that you look at the plan and go, thats it?
Yes, thats it.
Basic exercises. Basic nutrition. Basic things to keep yourself on track. Not your friend. Not your spouse. No one except you.
And basic exercises look like:
Squats
Overhead presses
Lunges
Deadlifts
Pulldowns
Rows
Carry some heavy things
Isometrics
Core stuff
Etc.
Those aren't fancy
exercises above. Those don't take a special type of person to do.
They are simple, effective and just require consistency.
Consistency at getting better at them. At getting stronger with them. And doing them for a really, really long time.
Same with nutrition.
Eat things that come from outside like:
Meats
Vegetables
Fruits
Dairy
products
Nuts
Seeds
Etc.
Keeping everything so simple is boring.
Yup, super boring.
But doing boring for a really long time will probably get you to the body you desire and the results you want.
