The first day of Spring was Friday...woohoo!
Hopefully now that the weather is getting nicer, people will focus more on their health goals.
You don't have the excuse not to get your steps in when its sunny. Or when it's warm. Or when the birds are chirping...go outside when the weather is nice people!
Right now, Memorial day is 10 WEEKS away. 10 weeks. Thats like the unofficial start to summer. And it's when people realize they probably should have taken their health goals seriously over the last year.
Start now. Make this Memorial Day easier for yourself. Make those cookouts fun and not stressful. Make getting in a bathing suit this year the last year you'll be worried about it. 10 weeks is not a lot of time to see crazy progress...but it is enough time to see SOMETHING and set yourself for success this summer.
Life is short...treat yourself and your body well so you can enjoy life. So you don't have to stress around holidays. So you are not in the same funk year after year after year. So you show yourself you can do something and commit to it.
