We're 3 weeks into the New Year already! Only 49
weeks left! How are your goals? How are those resolutions? Are you sticking to those habits you wrote down on the 1st of January?!

Workout #1: Full Body
DB goblet squat - 3x12
Barbell bench press - 3x10
Dumbbell romanian deadlift - 3x10
Assisted pull-ups -

Shoulders elevated hip thrusts - 3x15
Workout #2: Full
Body
Conventional deadlift - 3x10
Dumbbell shoulder press - 3x12
Dumbbell reverse lunge - 3x8 (each leg)
Chest supported dumbbell row - 3x15
Cable glute kick back - 3x15 (each leg)
Workout #3: Full Body
Shoulders elevated barbell hip thrusts - 3x15
Wide grip lat pulldown - 3x12
Dumbbell step up - 3x8 (each leg)
Incline dumbbell bench press - 3x10
Roman chair back extension - 3x10
