Happy Sunday!
You don't need a new
workout...
You don't need a fancy training app...
You don't need the world's best trainer...
You don't need the best nutrition plan ever...
No.
What you do need is to be
consistent. With a plan that works for you. For a long time.
Many of you fail to hit your protein each day with real food. Start with that before you worry about the next amazing protein bar to buy.
Many of you fail to get in 3-5 workouts per week. Start with that instead of worrying about the best type of workout you should be doing.
Many of you fail to even drink freaking water. Worry about that before what electrolytes to drink.
Many of you fail to get steps each week. Worry about going outside for a damn walk instead of the next quickest fat loss hack.
See what I'm getting at here? Many of you worry about the smallest little things
when it comes to health and fitness when you should be worrying about the big, consistent things. That's what works.
Not changing your workout every day. Not changing your workout every week. Not changing your workout every month or
every time you don't progress at it because your lazy ass sucks at pushing yourself. Nope.
I've done programs for 8 months and have continued to get stronger, move more weight and change my body.
It's not the workout. It's the consistency people. It's constantly showing up for myself - telling myself I can do something week after week, year after year. That's why I look this way.
Once you get that...you'll realize it doesn't matter if you workout at Lifetime, Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness or with a trainer like me...you get results with consistency.
Have a nice day. Be consistent with something today.
