You all know I keep it real. I don't sugar coat anything and
I tell you all the truth. Many of you who train in person with me know that as well!
So this won't be comfortable, but it needs to be said.
Are you actually committed to your goals, or just
pretending? Or just like kinda trying.
It's way easier to blame a buncha things like genetics, a broken metabolism, zero free time, or your friend who you think might have it easier than you! (They don't, trust me!)
But you know what separates people who actually transform from everyone else?
They do it every week. Every single week.
Consistently.
The honest answers are going to hurt. But you need to be honest with yourself.
Once you ditch the convenient lies and confront what's really happening, you finally unlock the ability to do what actually works. And it works, you just need to be constant with it!
This Monday, strip away the bullshit and face reality head-on.
Meal prep.
Get your steps in.
Drink water.
Eat your protein.
Do thing you enjoy.
Limit stress.
And repeat and repeat and repeat.
