Each week I write a newsletter, my aim is to help at least one person. If just one of you takes away something from these little blurbs of mine, then it's worth it to keep writing them.
So this week, I want to help with something personal to you. Something you've been struggling with, have questions on or anything else under the sun. This email goes out to a list with over two hundred subscribers. Not everything I write about is going to pertain to you.
It might, but sometimes thats not the case.
So I want you to email me back with a question. Something I can help you with on your fitness journey. Or it might not even have to do with fitness. I don't care. I'm here to help and if
theres a burning question on your mind, send it over to me!
Some examples could be:
- Nick, how do I structure a workout for "X" goals?
- Nick,
what are my macros? (aka protein, fats and carbs).
- Nick, what should I do for cardio?
- Nick, I have "X" thats painful, what can I do about it?
- Nick, where do I start?
- and whatever else you want!
I'm here to help. I'll read and respond to every single email personally. I do that all the time when anyone reaches out to me. I have a lot of knowledge of fitness up in this brain of mine. Use it to your advantage. Let me help ya😇👍🏻💚!
