Reach out to those Mom's in your life and tell them how much you appreciate them. They probably do a lot for you so you can show some extra love one day out of the year and give them a special day. Do something WITH them and FOR them today. Because without them, we wouldn't be on this floating ball we call
earth.
My way of showing love to all you mom's is to give you a few health and fitness tips that pertain exactly to you:
- Strength train. Your bones and muscles will thank you for it
as you age gracefully through life. You'll avoid osteopenia and osteoporosis as well as muscle atrophy.
- Walk. A lot. Your cardiovascular system and body will love that you do this every day. Movement is medicine.
- Have fun. Do some activities that challenge your mind and body to keep that brain sharpe as well as having fun in the process.
- Eat healthy. Give yourself nutritious foods so your body will thrive but also throw in a few treats here and there because your a mom and you deserve it😇.
