the gym but things at work get too hectic. Or your kids have something come up. Or something else in life. Sometimes life throws you curveballs and you need a plan to adapt in situations like that. Here's a quick at home workout you can do with bodyweight and dumbbells below.
DB overhead shoulder press: 3x10
DB rear lunges: 3x8 (each leg)
Single arm DB row: 3x12 (each side)
DB romanian deadlifts: 3x10
Side planks: 3xtime (as long as you can)
DB skull crushers: 3x12
