Happy Sunday everyone!
I've been a trainer for over 12 years
now. Each time I say that I'm like damn, thats a lot of time! Haha! And I've been on my own for the last 5 years. So...safe to say I'm probably in this for the long run😁!
I have many people reach out to me daily, weekly and
monthly looking for some training. I LOVE it. I wish I could train all of you. But I can't. There is only one of me and only so many hours in the day. I train anywhere from 8-12 sessions per day, Monday-Friday (I don't work on the weekends 😉).
The main reason I cannot take any new clients is because of my retention rate. I'm able to retain a lot of clients for the long haul which makes new clients unable to get in with me. This is a good problem for me but a bad problem for new clients! I tell people all the time how long I've trained some of you and its like, damn! Thats a long time. Here's a little insight to my retention as a trainer:
- Currently I have 40 in person clients.
- My longest tenured client has been with me for 11 years 😱.
- The average all of my clients have been with me is 5.6 years.
- The average my clients train with me per week is 2.8 days.
- The last time
I signed up a new 1-1 client was July of 2024.
Clients stay with me for a long time 🙂!
It makes my job as a trainer more enjoyable because I get to know almost every single thing about my clients. Training is much more than just knowing anatomy and biomechanics. It's creating a relationship with people. Having someone else trust you with their body. Watching another person succeed and clapping so hard for them along the way.
If you're looking to train with me in person, that might take a little while as I have a waitlist that continues to grow. Your best option would be to get on my app. Thats where I'll be able to see that you are serious, you can start to understand how I program and can get allllllll
the benefits of training with me, just not in person. Sign up below. Or ask me some questions about it.
Have a great day!
