Then you'll have a place to input your progress week to week. You'll want to type in or write down what weight you used for your exercises. Each week, you'll want to try to hit that same weight or increase by a
little bit. You could even try increasing reps, both of those would be considered progressive overload and its what we need to get stronger over time.
