Happy Sunday!
This weekend I'm going to a conference in Las Vegas. As I
sit on the airplane and write this, I'm always trying to better myself.
Whether that be going to a fitness/business conference like this in Vegas, trying to personally get stronger each week in my gym or keeping up with the latest research to provide
my clients with the best information out there - I'm always trying to get better at something. And you should too. You should always be trying to be the best version of yourself and get better week to week, month to month and year to year.
Set goals for yourself. Big and small. Each week and each year. Maybe even 5 years out. Professionally and personally. But, you need to have something to strive for. Something to aspire to be or achieve something in life. Here's what that looks like to me:
- Getting stronger on my lifts each week.
- Getting better at pickleball each
week.
- Building my business each month to help more clients and generate more income for B3.
- Read one new research study each month thats popular right now.
- Go to one conference each year to gain new perspectives.
- Eventually deadlift 600lbs...one day🤷🏻♂️😁!
- Buy a vacation
home...one day🌞!
I love having things like the above to look forward too and aspire for. It's what drives me each day when I wake up. Yours could be way different than mine..and thats okay. As long as you are setting some REALISTIC goals for yourself and trying to better yourself, you'll see a positive impact in your
life.
Some weeks you may not get better. And thats okay. As long as you can string together more good weeks than bad weeks; be better 80% of the time instead of 20%, you'll continue to grow as a
person. I challenge you to set 1 weekly, 1 monthly and 1 yearly goal for yourself. Once you start seeing the results of setting goals and crushing them, you'll be a more positive person and thrive at life🙌🏻.
Have a nice
Sunday!
