I play a ton of pickleball these days. Like a ton. I need my hips to be nice and mobile for activities like that and
especially for my job as a personal trainer. Are your hips always feeling tight? Feel really sore when you get out of bed in the morning? Hard to get up and down sometimes? Then we need to work on those hips and getting them to open up! Try this 7-minute hip stretch, mobility + activation routine to get you feeling and moving better.
These are some of the stretches and mobility drills I do daily + when I'm at my gym preparing for a leg workout, warming up for pickleball or going for a run. They do wonders and you'll feel great afterwards. I'd try to do them daily or at least every other day - gets you in some great movement as well! Give it a try!
