Every 5 weeks I'm
releasing a new strength training program geared to make you stronger, show you how to actually program for strength and hopefully change your body to your desired goal in the process. It's the way I program for myself and my clients. No cookie cutter bullshit. No copy and past from other trainers or workout builders. This is straight from my head, my years of experience with clients and all of the trials and errors I've gone through
myself...lotta gym hours logged between all of that stuff. So the programs will be pretty kick ass and get you real results...if you stick with them...and if you reach out to me and ask me for help...I really promise that.

selected 5 weeks because thats when you really start to get into a program. That first week you're just feeling it out...getting the groove of whats to come. Then, the next 4 weeks you can usually ramp up weight and gain some pretty solid progress.
