"Great study by @billcampbellphd explaining that you cannot ALWAYS BE DIETING AND RESTRICTING. You can’t always be trying to lose weight, our body does not like that. Periods of “diet breaks” are necessary if we want to see long term body composition changes. We need to go into times of maintenance calories and surplus calories to get our bodies where we want them to be. Constant dieting will lead to constant failure."
