- This weekend is like 1% of your year. If you think eating bad this weekend will RUIN ALL YOUR PROGRESS...then you have bigger problems my friend. Enjoy the cookies. Enjoy the once a year desserts. Enjoyyyyyy it.ย

- Just don't have 7. Don't go up for 2nd's and 3rds. Don't have 4 sugar rimmed cookie drinks. If weight loss or changing your body composition is very important to you, you'll adhere to indulging just enough but not too much to push you over the edge. If you could care less about the above, then it
seems like you could care less about changing your body composition๐...and well, have at it!

- Remember...alcohol does contain calories. Many people forget when you have a drink...yeahhhh that has some calories in it. Especially this time of year with all the fancy pants holiday
drinks. Alcohol contains 7 calories per gram. I know that probably doesn't mean shit to any of you so heres a better way to look at it with some common drinks (and yes I pulled this right from the google machine):
