What we do see is that we have A TON of muscle AROUND our lower backs...with one of them being the biggest muscle in our body, the glutes. The glutes have 3 subdivisions...your glute max, glute med and glute min. They all allow the hips to perform different functions and ranges of motion. They also allow the lower back to do its thing while they do their thing. If they can't do their thing, the lower back then tries to do their
thing. When the lower back tries to do their thing...bad things happen (aka you waking up each morning moaning and groaning about a sore lower back).
The glutes SHOULD be one of your strongest muscles (if not THEE strongest)...so...they are built to help in a lot of areas in life. If they can't help out, are too tight to help out or are too weak to help out...yup...the lower back tries to do that which is NAHT a good thing (aka we're gonna have some
problems).
Now...doing these 5 exercises I've laid out in this video below is not the end all be all. Heck, it may not even work for you. This is just a little protocol thats worked well for me over the years and its worked well for A LOT of my clients so I'd thought I'd share it with all of you.
If your lower back hurts all the time, gives you hell when you wake up in the morning or something of that nature...take 15 minutes of your day to watch
