SO! Whats all that mumbo jumbo up top mean Nick?! It means you don't need to do all of that cardio you think you need to do to burn those extra calories or extra fat. Cardio actually doesn't even burn THAT much calories or fat. Fat
is burned and exhaled throughout the day (little more complicated than that, but you get the gist of it) and like we said above, most of your calories burned throughout the day come from NEAT, not cardio.
What we need to do as a society is build
more muscle so that our NEAT will eat up more calories throughout the day. The more muscle one has on their body, the more calories they will burn by walking around. So building muscle is real important. Walks are real important. And that nutrition piece is real important. Cardio....ehh, just go for a walk 😁😁
