Social Media Post I'm not sure if I have the rights to this little jingle shown below here and on my social media feeds, but it came into my head and I think its pretty nifty so I'm gonna take allllll the credit for it. We always need to eat something with protein at each meal to build muscle. We need those veggies for some micronutritents which are our vitamins and minierals and other good stuff for us. We also need to
provide our body with some energy, long or short term, which is where our carbs and fats come into play. |

Soooo.... - Eat some protein; chicken, steak, fish, turkey, ground beef, bison, shrimp, eggs, tofu, protein powders, yogurt, etc.
- Have some green thingys; broccoli, green beans, kale, spinach, carrots, celery,
cucumbers, squash, etc.
- Have some fats; olive oil, peanuts, cashews, walnuts,
avocados, chia seeds, peanut/almond butter, etc.
- Have some carbs; rice,
potatoes, quinoa, oatmeal, rice cakes, fruit, whole wheat stuff, beans, etc.
